建物調査・耐震診断の結果報告

<div>皆さまへ、 病院の建物が、安心なご報告！</div><div><br></div><div>今からはるか遠い昔、43年前（俳優の寺尾聡の名曲「ルビーの指輪」が大ヒットを記録」した 1981年（昭和56年）に建設された当時小林内科病院「現、小林病院」の本館建物につきまして、当時の建築基準法改正直前の建設（本当に１か月違い）による建物だったことから、現行建築基準法に満たしているか否か、不明な為、建物調査、耐震診断をこの度思い切って実施を致しました。</div><div><br></div><div>検査は、当時の施工建設会社の作業員の目視による「劣化、破損の確認」、「施工図面との照合」、壁や柱などの強度検査のための無作為抽出による１２か所のコンクリートに穴をあけて筒状にて抽出する「コア抜き作業」等を実施致しました。抽出したコンクリートを専門機関が、コンクリートの「密度」、「酸性度合い」一定の圧力をかけてを検査して、調査を行っていただいた結果、「良好な結果である！」と判定されました。しかも、数多くの耐震検査をしてきた診断士がこの年代で問題がない建物は知る限り過去の３件しかなかったらしいです。（少しだけ自慢です）</div><div><br></div><div>これからのと何十年先の未来を見据えて、病院の建物を含めた中身ともども、強く、そしてしなやかで「安心してお越しいただける、」「安心してご入院していただける病院」を目指して日々絶え間ない努力を惜しまぬ覚悟で邁進していく所存でございます。</div><div>宜しくお願いい申し上げます。</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>昔の写真は「詳しくはこちら」をクリックするとさらに遥か昔々の写真を見ることができます。</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
